1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 588wim online gaming platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 588wim ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 588wim, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 588wim or any affiliated gaming authority.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction.

588wim reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other official document confirming your age, identity, and address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one (1) 588wim account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any other party — is your sole responsibility.
• 588wim will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel.
• You must notify 588wim immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

588wim reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to suspend or permanently close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of this Agreement.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

588wim processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 588wim:

• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• 588wim processes withdrawal requests in a timely manner, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and wagering requirements.
• Deposits that have been used to claim a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• 588wim reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership.
• Players are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to their winnings under Pakistani law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

588wim offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive schemes to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all 588wim promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available to one player per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each offer. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• 588wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, 588wim's decision is final and binding.

6 Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on 588wim is governed by the specific game and sportsbook rules published within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply:

• All bets placed and accepted on 588wim are final. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed, except where 588wim explicitly permits in-play cash-out functionality.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue during a game or bet placement, 588wim reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.
• Odds displayed on the 588wim sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and accepted at the time of confirmation.
• 588wim reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed using funds derived from fraud, chargebacks, or any other illegitimate source will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• In cases of obvious errors in odds or game payouts — including pricing errors — 588wim reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 588wim Platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in circumventing account registration restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of any sport or game offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the Platform's games or systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 588wim staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

588wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 588wim players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588wim, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information stored in connection with your account.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or errors in game software.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 588wim makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.

11 Privacy & Data

588wim collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the 588wim Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, provision of customer support, and where applicable, the delivery of personalised promotional communications. 588wim will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by 588wim's licensing authority.

Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
